Welcome to Bloodline Bulldogs. By purchasing from our whānau‑run, sole‑trade clothing business, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both our customers and our business due to the unique way we operate with our external supplier.

 

1. Business Overview

  • Bloodline Bulldogs is a sole‑trade, family‑run clothing brand based in Aotearoa.
  • We operate online only and do not have a physical retail store.
  • All products are sourced through our trusted supplier.

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms of Service.
  • You agree to all policies including Returns & Refunds, Laybuy Terms, and Shipping.
  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

 

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders require full payment upfront before we can submit them to our supplier.
  • Once payment is made and your order is placed with the supplier, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Prices are listed in NZD unless stated otherwise.

 

4. Pre‑Order System

Because we are building our business from the ground up:

  • Many items are pre‑order only.
  • Once bulk orders are processed, it takes approximately 2–3 weeks for products to arrive to us.
  • Timeframes may vary due to supplier delays, shipping issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • By ordering, you acknowledge and accept these extended processing times.

 

5. No Refunds for Incorrect Sizing

  • We provide a size guide for every product.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check measurements before ordering.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be given for:
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Failure to check the size guide

 

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Refunds or replacements are only available for damaged or faulty products.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
  • Clear photos of the damage/fault are required.
  • Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect washing is not eligible.

 

7. Laybuy (Old‑School Payment Plan)

We offer a traditional laybuy option directly through Bloodline Bulldogs.

By choosing laybuy, you agree that:

  • Payments must be made on time and as agreed.
  • If payments are missed, late, or not completed, you will:
    • Not receive the product, and
    • Not receive a refund for any payments already made.
  • This is due to our requirement to pay our supplier upfront.

 

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping begins after we receive products from our supplier.
  • Delivery times depend on courier services and may vary.
  • Bloodline Bulldogs is not responsible for:
    • Courier delays
    • Lost parcels
    • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay re‑shipping costs.

 

9. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Bloodline Bulldogs, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
  • Read all product descriptions and size guides.
  • Understand that pre‑order items have extended wait times.
  • Make laybuy payments on time (if applicable).

 

10. Changes to Terms

Bloodline Bulldogs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our official page and apply immediately to all new orders.
